  1. i just did the free session. i did, ‘i am not important.’ the result was amazing. the process is amazing. this is a first receiving positive results for trying things. anxious to try eliminating more beliefs. – thanks.

  2. i am not important – you ask us to take a look at our accomplishments. you assume we have accomplishments. what about college dropouts? that definitely is not an accomplishment. should we consider an accomplishment that at least we stepped foot in college? this makes us lazy and settle for the easy way out.

  4. I am working on the limiting belief that what makes me good enough or important is having people think well of me. I am pretty strong in this belief although over the past few years I am less strong in it. I am very much a people pleaser and overworker. However I am not able to come up with examples from my childhood where I received praise for anything. I dont think my parents were the sort to dish out praise and I cant think of neighbours, teachers comments either unless I think of my school reports which were very good when I was young. I can think of many things I did to help out in the hope of attracting positive feedback….and I can think of fun times with people but no specifics on getting praise and knowing how it feels… I’m 69 and can only recall compliments in the last 20 years…How do I clear this when I cant find an example?

  6. The program didn’t help me heal my low self esteem feelings of unworthiness, not enough, not good enough. I spoke with the woman on the phone to try some sessions and she said 10 cost $13000 dollars!!! Who on earth can afford that??? I don’t think you could even do one session. Therapy is cheaper than this. I’ll just stick to my therapy because they are crazy to charge such outrageous prices for this especially when the main program doesn’t even help!!!

    I did the whole program in a couple of weeks. After eliminating the first 5, I noticed a huge shift in speaking up in workshops and meetings and to unfamiliar people, something I’ve always felt anxious about doing. I felt more confident giving presentations and delivered a workshop without stressing enormously before it. Having done all of them, I feel calm, whole and much freer and I’ve been sleeping much better than I have in years. Thank you.

  8. I listened morty about the i am not good enough thought. It helped me really. In the beggining it sounded too good but i just tried it and worked. Now i feel like i am good enough and all is possible. For 1 hour i removed the lies from my head. Thanks man.

    I recently completed the course.
    I have to tell you I have been having an amazing experience after releasing these beliefs. I find myself spontaneously responding to familiar situations in a completely new way. I find even body mannerisms and gestures are different…without effort!
    It’s pretty mind blowing at first that a seemingly simple thing can have such a profound effect.
    I wish I would have known about this 20 years ago.
    I’ve been an evangelist for this method in the last week telling all my friends.

  12. a link to using the free opportunity to get rid of a limiting belief did get to my e-mail box, but clicking never took me to anything but and endless circle around buying the book/program – never anything to use.

  13. I completed the course once and then a second time. I became aware that I still had some non-productive beliefs and re-did some of the beliefs I thought were a truth hanging on. Being 71 years old means I have had decades to establish many routines & beliefs doing me no good turn.

    This morning I went out to pick up a few grocery items and on the way home I was shaken to my core when I realized that the incessant chatter & worry in my head was not there, just blessed quiet. How stunning is that I thought to myself! I wanted to skip down the street! First I laughed out loud and then I almost cried in relief and gratitude. Yep! This program works!

    I still haven’t conquored the procrastination part. Perhaps that will come in good time. Keeping myself focused and on track for years has been hard work, like pushing a huge rock up hill. I can’t even begin to imagine what it would be like to decide to do something and then simply do it, following it through to completion. I am totally resistant in some ways. Nancy W.

  14. I an 71 years old. I followed the process completing the 19 Beliefs & 4 Conditionings in 3 days. I began with an assumption that I had all of the beliefs at work in my life because so many negative things have happened to me over my lifetime. I have always been consumed by unrealistic anxiety and fears and felt powerless to move forward effortlessly in all areas of my life. I’ve experienced debilitating anxiety attacks at various times and rage & anger without much cause. For the first time in years, I can now take a deep breath and feel freedom from the persistent anxiety. It’s early days now yet I feel quite accomplished in completing the course. And, I look forward to what life has to offer me in the days to come. Thank you Shelley & Team for offering such a profoundly simple and yet effective process for eliminating beliefs that serve no good/productive purpose in my life today. I call this de-cluttering as they refer to it in a recent Introduction to Feng Shui that I took earlier this year.

  15. I have just completed Beliefs 14 & 15. When I started the process, I literally thought I would throw up. My stomach was in such turmoil. Now I am calm and satisfied. Thank you Shelley and team for such excellent processes for participants to follow through on.

    I have listened to almost all audio beliefs to get rid of them, but your method depends on recalling situations but I cannot remember the situations that caused me such believes would you please advise me? You had just guaranteed that these i will get rid of them!!!!

    My question is, why did some of us develop these limiting beliefs or rather were inclined to giving negative and unreasonable meanings to events that happened in childhood especially with our parents when our brothers and sisters who grew up in the same homes never formed such beliefs?
