What would you like to change about your life?

Since offering people the opportunity to choose exactly which problem they’d like to have solved on my website

http://www.recreateyourlife.com/store

I’ve been wondering if there was something else I could offer that would let you live the life you’ve always wanted.

To find out I thought I’d just ask you the question and have you leave your answer on my blog:

“What else would you like to change about your life?”

And you know what, it can be anything at all.  Just make sure it’s something you really want to change because I’m going to take your feedback and use it to create new programs in the future.

Examples could be fear of anger or confrontation, experiencing and expressing uncontrolled anger, and specific relationship issues.

You often do get what you wish for… so think BIG.

  2. Hello
I problems with blockage which leads to severe procrastination.

  3. I would like to believe that I can actually make big money for myself. I used to be able to do this for my bosses, I would also like to believe that I can work less and have more fun, and still live a good life.:)

  4. releasing past fears, past lives trauma

  5. How to have a better relationship with money. To feel worthy of having money and letting go of limiting beliefs around finances.

  6. I would like to learn how to let go , and just accept and experience the moment as it is , i would like to own who i am and have a healthy self-esteem , i would like to know how to stand up for myself and stop caring about what others think of me , i would like to stop feeling lonely and just let my guard down and let people in , i would like to know how to connect with people and form friendships and have a happy healthy relationship ,i would like to be comfortable and smart socially , i would like to stop worrying about the future and just let things be , i would like to be self motivated and stop procrastinating and become a person of action

  7. I want to change being uptight, and want to stop being anxious, i want to be able to slow down and not worry so much about everything. I am a single mother who works full time and have to take care of my 11 year old daughter and everything else in the house. I find myself not having any time for me. I want to be able to let go of the past, I want to be able to forgive my parents, and relatives. I want to be able to trust and be more tolerant. I want to unlock myself from receiving love and abundance, including financial security.

  8. I would love to know how to immediately spot signs of manipulation by others and quickly counter-react (for lack of better words) the person’s actions/words. I’ve often been manipulated–well, actually I’ve always been manipulated my whole life and honestly believe now is my time to get everything I deserve and have always wanted in life. Yet I have high morals and don’t believe in payback/revenge. I believe that intent is everything and when you do something wrong to someone, it will backfire on you in the end. Or, if I am in fact correct in thinking that, and that I SHOULD expose someone for their wrongdoings, especially/particularly in business (eg. entertainment and network marketing).

My biggest hope is that I become emotionally intelligent so that I can act and react to personal, familial, and community concerns that negatively impact lives and hearts. My primary caregiver during formative years was my six year old sister. She left at age thirteen and I’ve been confused ever since. I kknow now that my family did not do emotions. Period. At 52, I’m ready to be a mature adult.anonymous.

What I’m primarily interested in is being able to totally accept the idea that I’m the one creating the beliefs, irrespective of whether they are limiting or not, and that my beliefs form my experience.

  12. Dear Morty
I have a fear of appearing foolish. I am afraid of others judgements so that fear immobilizes me in so many ways. I am teaching myself to speak Spanish, but am afraid to speak it to another person. My work is slower as I tend to over-think so I can be sure everything is correct. I don’t dress as boldly as I would like for fear I would appear silly. I limit myself in so many ways because of this fear of others opinions.

I was teased unmercifully when I was a young, shy, child, but you would think that at 60 years of age I would have moved beyond it. Most people think I am a bold vibrant woman and I try to be. I just would like to be able to conquer this fear.
    Thank you

  13. Dear Mortie,

Money income is something I’d like to change, procrastination and sabotage.

  25. The issue I have the most difficulty with is selfishness, not being selfish but being selfless because of a horrible quagmire relating to selfishness. This is a big issue for many many women in particular, being the care takers. I think a lot of it does stem from childhood conditioning but also from all the messages that we continue to get throughout life. It really is a difficulty. I find I will not perform at a high level around others out of not wanting to take too much, I purposely hold back so as to not out do others, I don’t take the credit when I do well but pass it off or lessen it. I won’t take the best for myself, choose the things or activities I want, any of it…life is a continuous cycle of deference. I really think men are taught to own their life, go after what they want, try to get their way as much as possible, see what they can get away with, take credit for any and every thing… women are taught to take care of others, other peoples lives, emotions, everything, be modest, calm, etc., don’t be selfish, think of others, share, be patient, get your happiness from the happiness you give others. That is all great in moderation but I know there are a lot of us out there who are living very very tiny lives like ancient Chinese feet.

  27. I would like to “produce” more courage to do what I should or want doing. I assume I don’t because of some beliefs I have and I’m not even aware of them… Also sometimes I’m really confused about the path in my life and sometimes I;m quite sure what I want to do in life, I’d like to be more confident about this and pursue my dreams…

  28. What I would like to change about my life is my financial situation and where I live. I’m not saying that I’m just dirt poor, I’m saying I thought my finances would be a bit better than they are. Everyone desires to live comfortably and I feel that I am for the most part; I don’t want to worry about my finances. I am an author/poet {published} and I would love to travel. I desire to get to the next stage of my life. {I should have already been there} I seem to have so many ideas on what to do but, lost on how to get things started.

  29. anonymous says:

I think the best thing people should pursue is something like fully controlling all their emotion. Example: when their boyfriend/girlfriend cheated them and dumped them, they can instantly stop being sad. So the best power would be making belief on a whim. To be able to design and completely believing something that are needed in a spesific situation could utterly change many lives. Like believing that he/she is brave when he/she have to face an obstacle, but believing that he/she is not brave enough to jump when he/she tried to commit suicide.

And it would be even better if not only we can design and use belief with ease, but we can also understand and know when to stop believing, even when we utterly believe that belief is true just a moment ago. So that would be detaching oneself from all those beliefs, still being aware that it’s just a belief we designed, and yet fully use them on the same time, and that also mean we are totally believing it while knowing it isn’t true at the same time.

Complicated, but when someone achieve it, then his/her own life is truly in his/her own control.

A program that could do that is truly something big.

  31. Hi Morty,

I don’t know if you’ve already addressed it, but one thing I and I know other people could probably benefit from too, is reversing or changing the belief that one deserves to struggle, or that life should be a struggle. I believe that people who feel undeserving a of a good or great, enjoyable life, could potentially alter this with your method and begin to make changes in their lives, ones that could indeed lead to a more fulfilling and happier life.

  32. Hi Morty,

For me, it’s an overall belief that “I can’t handle it.” I’ve noticed that I have OCPD-like symptoms, where I have a fear of making big commitments, perfectionism, and a need for things to be under control or secure before I have permission to do anything risky.

Part of me wants to go back to school for pre-med studies to eventually apply to medical or pharmacy school, but I can’t shake the nagging feeling that “it’s too tough for me, I’ll never keep up with the pace, I’m not fast enough, I’m not smart enough, it’s too long, I’m not committed enough, I might not be cut out for it….”

I used to be VERY competitive, and would push myself to get the top grades in high school, but it was driven out of pressure I put on myself to not be mediocre. I went on to an Ivy League school, but experienced burnout and learned to give up on myself when I routinely got behind in the workload.

Anyway, that internal fire I once had to compete with all my might (like absolute commitment to putting in the hours day after day, and not making excuses) has since burned out, and I know that it would make a HUGE difference in my success as a student and future professional serving others with all I’ve got.

So I guess what I’m seeking is to turn on that internal switch of total commitment to embrace working as hard as it takes, especially when it gets to be a struggle and I’m on my own — to have that sense of permission to shoot for the moon, and to keep it locked on target despite everything else going on.

    Many thanks,
    – Matthew

  35. The belief that ” I am not allowed too”. It sneaks into every aspect of my life, holding me back every which way I turn. As a child it was my go to phrase as to why I could not participate in sports, art any celebration at school. My parents religion did not allow me to enjoy any of these things. I think I repeated it so often that it is now an underlying theme, in all my daily life. Even though I left the religion more than 30 years ago. It would be a huge leap forward for me to let this belief go.

  37. I am in the process of developing a program for people as they age so they have optimal function, upright posture and balance so they do not fall. basically a program so they can become internally educated about their bodies how to move in a way they do not hurt themselves….I am needng a coach or somebody to help me and then I ask myself do I really need help or if I am just defending my own limitations…I keep thinking I need more information or I don’t have enough information or question the value of this program?

One of the biggest problem with me is that I don’t know what is wrong, since 1992 my life stops and I can’t grow or I should say I can’t progress, in spite of having very good salaries or work from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day in all those years. My daugthers are growing up an I’m not capable to offer them a home, or a trip, or and afternoon at the movies, there are so many things, it is a long long story of loneliness and sadness.
That’s why I don’t understand. 22 years ago, I was a younger woman who has a brilliant future, but suddenly it stops.
I don’t know what can I do to move from this situation, I know some of my beliefs could do this but now I eliminate one with your marvelous video but I know this is not the only thing I have to eliminate in my life.

Should you share everything?
